ZAMMLER took part in two charity projects
ZAMMLER is socially active company and participation in various social projects has become a good tradition for us. Our purpose is to help socially vulnerable children and teenagers who live in severe and difficult conditions. This week ZAMMLER took part in two charity projects: The EU for youth: opportunities for employment and stability (SOS Children’s Villages Charitable Organization, Ukraine) and My Future Profession (TULSUN FOUNDATION Charitable Fond). Here is brief summary on each of the projects: – In the framework of The EU for youth: opportunities for employment and stability project, there were held two motivational and incentive meetings of youth from Brovary and Kyiv with the representatives of ZAMMLER. The aim of such meeting was to show by our own example that successful career is always about some particular and unique story, full of rises and falls. Business Development Manager Larysa Melnychuk and Head of the Sales Department Kateryna Petrochenko shared their personal success stories: how they moved up the professional ladder, which challenges and problems were on their way, and where they drew encouragement and inspiration. The speakers tried to get their ideas over to their audience that perseverance and strength of a spirit would help to combat all the challenges and reach the desired goals. Leaving the comfort zone is usually the way to new achievements and knowledge. Dozens of questions from young audience during and after the meeting mean that the present issue is quite relevant and high-demanded for the contemporary youth and such events are the great means to help those who badly need it. – In the framework of My Future Profession, there was held the visit for children from Korostyshiv boarding school to ZAMMLER Central Office. In the course of the meeting, Marketing Manager Iryna Stelmakh made children aware of the Company’s structure and professions that the Company had. The observation excursion to each of the Departments of the Company was held for the guests, and the representatives of some Departments reported about their activity and professional duties. Thus, Director of the Department for Regional Shipment Oleksandr Voronianskyi and Manager of the Department for International Shipment Nataliia Kravchuk told children about the activities of their Departments and described in detail all the stages of cargo shipment by automobile transport. After the meeting, children chose some professions they liked the most and tried to compose staff for the logistics company in the form of interactive game. ZAMMLER GROUP is always ready to help and wants to express its gratitude to its partners – charitable organizations – for such a great opportunity.
