In order to become successful on the international market, it is worth making a step-by-step analysis of some basic points regarding the organization of activities. Iryna worked out a kind of checklist with the participants of the training.

— suppliers;

— legal component;

— logistics;

— finance;

— opening of local offices.

Equally important is understanding the portrait of your client, taking into account the peculiarities of mentality and language, building the right communication platform, taking into account the characteristics of the brand, product competitiveness and professional requirements for employees.

The expert emphasizes that one of the components of success is the correct marketing strategy. After all, this is the art of “serving” the right product in the right place and at the right time.

In order to form a quality export strategy, give yourself the answers to the following questions:

What dо I sell? Who do I sell to? How do I do this? Why do I do this?

Building business on the international market will depend entirely on the answers. It is also worth researching the market, identifying the problem and thinking about ways to solve it, and planning the budget.
