This year the UN Population Fund in Ukraine, UNFPA, first produced a rating for employers who help workers keep the balance between work and family.
We are glad to report that ZAMMLER GROUP topped the rating-list among the mail and logistics companies.
We have got on the list of 50 companies from 16 sectors of the economy, which demonstrated their policies and practices of supporting employees who have families.
Along with such business giants as Unilever, Vodafone, Teva, Coca-Cola and Danone, ZAMMLER GROUP has taken a due position among the largest market players. Our clients were included in the rating-list as well.
The assessment was based on four criteria: corporate culture, workplace and work schedule, programs of social support of employees with families, programs of material support of employees with families.
The ZAMMLER GROUP provides financial assistance in the event of exceptional family circumstances, such as a relative’s illness; assists during the move at the initiative of the Company; offers a flexible work schedule; allows children to see where their parents work. It also provides a paid day off – on the birthday of an employee and his/her child.
We are happy not only to be in the rating-list of responsible business representatives but also to encourage other companies with our example.
